4.The store is not obligated to implement any customer feedback or requests submitted through the website unless prior approval is obtained from the store via communication (e.g., WhatsApp) before finalizing the order, taking into account working hours.

5.Finalizing the order by the customer constitutes their acceptance of the terms and the store’s policy.
